Mark Ulriksen is an internationally acclaimed San Francisco-based
illustrator and artist. He is best known for his illustrations for
The New Yorker magazine where he has been a regular contributor
since 1993, with over 150 illustrations including 22 front covers.
He has also painted covers for Atlantic Monthly, Time, The New York
Times Magazine, Newsweek Japan and Fortune Asia. His first
children’s book, ‘Dog Show’ by Elizabeth Winthrop, was published in
2004.
Mark has won numerous awards, including American Illustration 8, 10
and 13-23, and the Society of Illustrators’ Silver Medal in 2002 and
Gold Medal in 2003. |
